This page, together with the documents referred to herein, sets out the terms and conditions on which products are supplied through the website https://printgenie.com.sg (the “Site”).
The Site is operated by KHL Printing Co Pte Ltd, trading as Print Genie (“Print Genie”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Company”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By ordering any product through the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Please note that our liability is limited under Clause 10 and 12.

All price estimates are based on Print Genie’s current production costs. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, prices may be adjusted after acceptance of an order if required to reflect any increase or decrease in production costs.
KHL Printing Co Pte Ltd is a GST-registered business in Singapore.
All prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of the prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
Print Genie reserves the right to adjust final prices should the applicable GST rate change in accordance with Singapore law.
Any preliminary work carried out at the customer’s request, including experimental or preparatory work, may be chargeable.
Where additional work is required due to unclear, incomplete, or illegible materials provided by the customer, Print Genie reserves the right to charge additional fees on a time and materials basis.
Proofs may be submitted to the customer for approval prior to production.
Print Genie shall not be liable for any errors that were present in proofs but were not corrected by the customer prior to approval.
Additional proofs requested due to customer alterations may incur additional charges.
Where style, typeface, or layout decisions are left to Print Genie’s discretion, any subsequent changes requested by the customer may be subject to additional charges based on time and materials.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any text, images, graphics, trademarks, service marks, or other materials used in their submitted artwork do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
By placing an order, the customer represents and warrants that:
The customer authorises Print Genie to reproduce the submitted materials for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Print Genie harmless against any claims arising from the use of such materials.
Turnaround time is calculated in Singapore Working Days.
For orders placed under a Guaranteed Turnaround Service, the order will be delivered or made available for collection no later than 6:00 PM on the final working day of the guaranteed timeframe.
If Print Genie fails to meet the guaranteed turnaround time, a service credit up to the value of the order may be issued. Such credit will be valid for six (6) months.
However, the customer remains responsible for full payment of the order, including any premium service charges.
Additional Terms
(a) Customer Delays
The turnaround guarantee applies only where delays are not caused by the customer.
Examples of customer delays include:
In such cases, service credits will not apply.
(b) Pricing and Delivery Fees
Unless otherwise specified, all quoted prices are based on self-collection.
Delivery services and expedited shipping will incur additional charges.
(c) Restricted Access Areas
Deliveries to restricted locations (including Airport areas, Sentosa, and Jurong Island) will incur a $25 surcharge, even where the order otherwise qualifies for free delivery.
(d) Suspended Orders
If an order is suspended at the customer’s request or delayed due to customer default for 30 days or more, Print Genie reserves the right to invoice for:
(e) Ownership and Risk
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
However, ownership of the goods remains with Print Genie until full payment is received.
(f) Reprints
If a reprint is required, the guaranteed turnaround period will recommence from the time the reprint is confirmed.
(g) Cancellations
Order modifications are only permitted before the order status reaches “Print-in-Progress”.
Cancellations before production will incur a 10% administrative fee if refunded in cash.
This fee may be waived if the refund is accepted as Store Credit.
Customers must notify Print Genie in writing within five (5) days of delivery in cases involving:
For non-delivery claims, notification must be made within five (5) days of the expected delivery date.
Print Genie shall not be liable for claims submitted outside this timeframe unless the customer can demonstrate that compliance was impossible and the claim was made as soon as reasonably practicable.
Print Genie makes no warranties or representations regarding the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any printed products, except where expressly stated.
Print Genie shall not be liable for:
The maximum liability of Print Genie for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that order.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for:
(a) Plates, negatives, positives, film settings, and other production materials created by Print Genie remain the exclusive property of the Company.
(b) Materials supplied by the customer may be destroyed after completion of the order unless written arrangements are made for retention. Storage or retention may incur additional charges.
(a) All customer property supplied to Print Genie shall remain at the customer’s risk while in our possession or during transit unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are advised to insure valuable materials.
(b) If completed work is not collected within 20 working days after notification, Print Genie may:
The customer remains responsible for payment of the order.
(a) Print Genie may reject materials supplied by the customer if they are unsuitable for production.
(b) Print Genie shall not be responsible for quality issues caused by defective or unsuitable materials supplied by the customer.
(c) Materials supplied must allow for normal production spoilage. Where insufficient quantities are provided, Print Genie shall not be liable for any resulting shortfall in final output.
(a) Print Genie reserves the right to refuse to print any material that is deemed illegal, defamatory, or infringing upon third-party rights.
(b) The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Print Genie harmless from all claims, costs, and legal expenses arising from the production of such materials.
Print Genie will make reasonable efforts to achieve accurate colour reproduction.
However, variations in colour and texture may occur due to differences in:
Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.
Print Genie is not responsible for issues arising from artwork files that do not comply with our published artwork specifications.
By placing an order, the customer agrees that their information may be used for:
Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Singapore data protection laws.
Print Genie shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
During such events, the customer may terminate the contract by written notice and must pay for all completed work and materials used.
Print Genie reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the Site.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or any contract between Print Genie and the customer.
Due to differences between proofing equipment and final production processes, minor variations between colour proofs and final printed products are considered acceptable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers are responsible for maintaining copies of all original files submitted.
Print Genie is not responsible for:
Additional work required to convert, edit, or prepare customer-supplied files may be charged at prevailing rates.
All estimates assume that supplied materials are suitable for normal printing, folding, and binding processes.
Additional charges may apply if extra work is required due to paper quality or material issues.
(a) Print Genie will print machine-readable codes or symbols in accordance with the specifications approved by the customer.
(b) The customer is responsible for ensuring that such codes function correctly with the intended scanning equipment.
(c) The customer agrees to indemnify Print Genie against any claims arising from codes that fail to read correctly, except where caused by Print Genie’s failure to comply with the agreed specifications.
Print Genie reserves the right to subcontract any part of its services to third parties.
Print Genie will remain responsible to the customer for the performance of such services.
